Stereotypes in a Action Movie
In an action movie their are many stereotypes and different types of characters depending on the plot and direction of the movie. In the movie Suicide Squad the cast consists of a team of specialist killers that are put in a team to go on dangerous missions the Government would not want to risk its fighting men on. The Government were scared if a 'bad' superman came along and put us at a risk of existence.
The scene in Suicide Squads are usually packed with special effects and stunts. This means that the scenes are well lit for the effects. There are many locations the movie is filmed in also, ranging from in a helicopter to a dessert, although most of the action takes place on the streets in the city or in high rise buildings. Even in dark areas the scenes are reasonably well lit to bring attention to all the effects packed into the scene.
Within the movie there is usually just the one woman main character, depending on the plot of the movie. Again this character is Harley Quinn who is almost a good girl turned bad, Harley was originally a psychiatrist for Arkham Asylum until she fell in love with a patient, the Joker. In the movie we see the craziness the Joker had drove Harley to through the clown-like face paint and the funky multicolored hair which pays respect to her master and lover, The Joker. Harley like to tease people within suicide squads with her revealing outfit and almost seductive personality, but only to shut the door instantly and show that she is really unpredictable.
